A Bit About the Project

The new dealership is a beautiful 70,000 square foot facility which houses the Cable Dahmer corporate headquarters. It has a spacious showroom, sales and finance offices, consultation offices, internet sales, new and used car offices, reception area, customer waiting lounge area, body shop with 2 alignment machines, 16 car service bays, and 3 quick lube lanes, and a second floor with offices, large training room, employee locker and break rooms. A freestanding 8,000 square feet car wash building was also part of the project including detail bays and vacuum areas. Unique to the car wash building, it includes a staging room for car photography. The project included 400+ parking spaces with room for future expansion.

Harmon’s relationship with Cable Dahmer goes back nearly 20 years. Cable Dahmer represents many automotive brands such as Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Kia, and Cadillac. We are honored to have been able to play a role in such a monumental project for them. According to owner, Carlos Ledezma, it is “a historical first for the Cable Dahmer Auto Group and one that has exceeded the expectations of our customers, employees and community.”

These are the moments that make being in this business so great.

A project like this is a huge undertaking and could not have been successful without great partnerships like Cable Dahmer, Davidson, our subcontractors, city officials, among others. We are proud of the relationships that were built and/or maintained through the duration of this project.

Thank you again to the AGC for this honor.
