The Hispanic Contractors Association of Greater Kansas City has a mission to help Hispanic contractors become building and economic development professionals. They meet on a regular basis to conduct seminars, hold capacity building venues, and conduct research. We are happy to volunteer our time to this association, as needed.
Harmon will be a featured speaker at their next luncheon on Feburary 28th, 2017 at the Guadalupe Center (1015 Avenida Cesar E Chavez) in Kansas City, MO. This event will begin at 11:30am. If you are interested in attending, please contact Jerry Adriano at adriano_associates @ yahoo.com.
Here is a brief outline of our presentation:
Harmon Construction will lead us through the future construction of Stag’s Creek, a shopping development on Shawnee Mission Parkway and Frontage Road. This unique project features 35,000 square feet of mixed use office building, an underground parking garage and pad sites for future restaurants. It’s modern construction materials include dri-design panels, integral curtainwall systems, solar power, and rain water collection basins.
This signature project will be a cornerstone, marking the beginning of redevelopment of the Shawnee Mission Parkway corridor between I35 and 435, as the region beings to transform its image.
